This sashimi knife can be used for the traditional preparation of fish but also does a great job very thinly slicing fruit and vegetables.

Handling & care:
- Do not cut frozen food
- Sharpen with wet stone not sharpening steel
- Do not use on very hard surfaces, wooden cutting boards are good
- Do not put into dishwasher
- If knife gets stuck while using, pull it out vertically and not side-ways
